Orders

International shipping is currently available worldwide, and we will ship to all destinations around the world. There might be taxes and duties applied depending on your country.

To check the status of your order, follow with the carrier details we will be sending you once your orer is fulfilled.

Please send an email to help@theglared.com for cancelling or changing your order. We will do our best to process your request, before the products are ready to ship. Your Glared jewelry are usually processed within 24 hours so be quick!

We process and ship orders from Monday through Friday. Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. We will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information, when your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email. Additionally, you can find the tracking number by clicking "My Account" and then "My Orders.” If you still cannot locate your tracking number, don’t hesitate to reach us at help@theglared.com.

We process and ship orders quickly. Therefore, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations to your order once it has been submitted. Let us know at help@theglared.com right away!

Returns

You can return your unworn jewelry for any reason within 15 days for a refund in your payment method. If the item is worn or not in pristine condition, we will give you the choice of paying postage and having it back, or letting us donate it.

To return an item, e-mail hello@theglared.com with your order number, and we will get back to you with an address and instructions on how to complete your return!

Billing & Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. You can also use PayPal to checkout. In compatible devices, you can also use ApplePay!

It will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed. If you think your card was charged twice, email us at help@theglared.com and we will take care of it right away.

If your payment is declined, you can either check your billing address or security code to see if entered correct, contact your card issuer or check the expiry date. It’s best to contact the card issuer to understand the issue thoroughly.

We have many currency options for you to choose from for your convenience; however, all charges are made in Canadian Dollars.

Product

If your jewelry requires cleaning use a soft cloth or eyewear cloth. Jewelry cleaners can contain abrasives that may harm your jewelry.

Every jewelry item that leaves our facility is packaged with the beautifully designed Glared box and pouch along with care instructions. Let us know right after your purchase if you’d like to add a special note or have a glared idea at help@theglared.com. We are always open to making someone smile and be there for your happy moments at no additional cost.

Every jewelry item should be stored in its original case or the Glared pouch provided when it is not being worn. To avoid tarnishing never store your jewelry in a leather pouch or bag neither leave the jewelry outside. Exposure to air, dust or other elements may cause sterling silver to tarnish more rapidly.

We love hearing that you like our jewelry collections. You can take a big breath and stop worrying! If the product is from the recent collections or essentials collection, and if there are enough requests, we will bring it back in stock. Unfortunately, most of our older collections are limited edition. The fun part is we will e-mail you directly for you to get your hands on it right away! If it is not restocked, you can sign up to our newsletter to learn about new jewels!
